League Governance
- The league shall be administered by the Executive Committee.
- The Executive Committee shall oversee all league operations.
- Decisions of the committee are final unless otherwise stated.
- Annual general meetings shall be held every two years.
Team Eligibility
- All players must be registered on CricClubs and assigned to a single team per season. New registrations close two weeks before playoffs.
Match Regulations
- Win: 10 points • Tie/No Result: 5 points • Loss: 0 points. Net Run Rate is calculated by CricClubs and used for tiebreakers.
Playoffs & Finals
- Top 4 teams qualify for playoffs. Semi-finals and Championship Final determine the season champion. Finals Day: October 11, 2026.
Playing Conditions
Matches follow ICC playing conditions unless superseded by GASCL rules. League-approved balls and neutral umpires are required for all fixtures.
T20 Format
20 overs per side. Colored clothing required. Maximum 4 overs per bowler. Powerplay overs 1-6 with fielding restrictions.
30-Over Format
30 overs per side. Maximum 6 overs per bowler. Two powerplay phases with specified fielding restrictions.
Match Day Requirements
Minimum 8 players required to start. 30-minute grace period before forfeit. Over deductions apply for late arrivals.
Governance & Discipline
Authority
The GASCL Executive Committee holds final authority on rules interpretation, scheduling, and discipline. Decisions are binding.
Conduct Standards
Sportsmanship is expected at all times. Zero-tolerance policy for abuse of officials, players, or spectators.
Protests & Appeals
Protests must be submitted by captains via official channels within 72 hours of match completion. GASCL decisions are final.
